Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supervising accounting personnel and managing transactional accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate accounting support staff.
• Review financial records, transactions, and reports for accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain departmental procedures and internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory-related purchasing and accounting activities.
