Job summary

enCore Energy Corp. seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, and to supervise the Accounting Administrator team. You will coordinate the monthly close and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.

You will partner with the Controller and other departments to improve controls, accuracy, and reporting, while leading process improvements in a fast-paced, energy-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervision.
• Experience overseeing AP/AR functions.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close.
• Experience with accounting systems and adaptability to new tech.
• Strong internal controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR/administrative accounting).
• Supervise Accounting Administrator and AP/AR staff.
• Coordinate monthly close and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits.
