Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitor performance vs. budgets, and provide variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoices, payments, and collections.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.

Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the accounting department's operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This role involves supervising accounting staff, managing financial processes, and collaborating with other departments to support business objectives.
