Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Leadership experience with direct reports.
• Strong financial reporting and month-end close experience.
• Sage ERP experience preferred.
• CPA or Master's degree is a plus.
• Financial services experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee GL activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage and develop a team of accounting staff.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate accounting activities across multiple international entities.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

We're partnering with a growing financial services organization that is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and oversee a team of accounting professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, financial reporting, process improvement, and hands-on accounting responsibilities. The position offers exposure to both domestic and international accounting activities while partnering closely with executive finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

• Manage and develop a team of accounting staff
