Job description

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to work for our Cleveland client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Owner of the company financial close process and reporting required deliverables
• Manage monthly closing and financial reporting process
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast process for the Global Organization
• Complete financial analysis of business unit performance and trends along with preparation of monthly financial review package and other ad hoc financial reports
• Builds continuous improvement and lean initiatives into the financial area
• Provide timely analysis and reporting for crisp decision-making to the Executive team
• Ensure consistent global application of accounting policies
• Oversight and ownership of assigned key processes and related controls
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Demonstrate strong US GAAP technical knowledge
