Uline is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead key areas of Corporate Accounting and support our financial operations. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team while strengthening accounting processes, internal controls and reporting across North American operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA designation with 5+ years of Accounting experience required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading teams in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Uline’s Corporate Accounting team, strengthening internal controls, improving processes and supporting ERP system enhancements.
• Coach and develop Accounting Supervisors and their teams, building a culture of accountability, growth and high performance.
• Oversee key Accounting areas such as financial and cost accounting, leases, fixed assets, cash and other operational accounting activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation, analyzing results and variances to deliver accurate, timely reporting.
• Partner with leadership to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives aligned with company goals.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar ERP systems a plus.
