Job summary

Uline is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead key areas of Corporate Accounting and support our financial operations at our Pleasant Prairie, WI headquarters. You will lead a high-performing team and strengthen internal controls while driving accuracy, efficiency and meaningful improvements across North American operations.

• CPA designation required with 5+ years of accounting experience.

• Partner with leadership to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives aligned with company goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading teams in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation or system enhancements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar ERP systems a plus.
