Uline, a leading North American distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks an Accountant at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role focuses on preparing financial statements, evaluating inventory transactions, and supporting audits.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA preferred) with experience or a willingness to learn; proficiency in Excel or SQL is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Help prepare financial statements and evaluate information for recording inventory transactions.
• Review financial records and reports, ensuring they align with standard accounting practices and business guidelines.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Support the year-end financial audit by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Partner with business teams to analyze product costs and ensure inventory pricing is accurate across the company.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA preferred.
• Prior accounting experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we will train you!
• Proficiency in Excel or SQL is preferred.
