Job summary

Uline is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the Corporate Accounting team and drive accuracy, efficiency, and meaningful improvements across North American operations. You will develop staff, strengthen internal controls, and oversee close processes in a hands-on role.

The role requires CPA, 5+ years of accounting experience and 3+ years of team leadership in a corporate setting, with Oracle ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA with 5+ years of Accounting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading teams in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation or system enhancements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Corporate Accounting team, strengthening internal controls and supporting ERP enhancements.
• Coach and develop Accounting Supervisors and their teams, building a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Oversee key areas such as financial and cost accounting, leases, fixed assets, cash and related activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation, analyzing results and variances for timely reporting.
• Partner with leadership to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives aligned with company goals.
