The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Salary DOE $85,000 - $110,000
