Location: REMOTE (will be working CST hours)

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm CST

Compensation: $45-$50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee staff
• Work directly with senior leadership and collaborate with Jennifer (senior stakeholder)
• Supervise a team and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Perform general accounting functions; no complex transactions required
• Utilize Oracle and Excel (including Pivot Tables) to support accounting processes
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in reporting

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing accounting staff
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables)
• Familiarity with Oracle preferred
• Open to candidates from diverse industry backgrounds
• Must be available for immediate start
