The Perfect Match

As a Revenue Accounting Manager in the Global Accounting group, you will lead accounting operations in a dynamic environment. We seek candidates with leadership experience, control execution, process/system improvements, and support for financial statements.

Ideal candidates are critical thinkers capable of managing the financial close, analyzing data, and presenting findings to senior management. This is a full-time, remote position with periodic travel.

Your Impact

• Interpret customer contracts for revenue recognition per ASC 606 across our products and services.
• Own the revenue month-end close, including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliation.
• Manage the full order-to-cash cycle: billing, collections, receivables, and revenue tracking.
• Prepare revenue reports and analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Support audits and tax requests for smooth review processes.
• Standardize procedures, drive process improvements, and automate revenue operations.
• Support billing to ensure proper invoicing per contracts.
• Ensure revenue recognition completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Identify and implement automation initiatives for revenue processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service Operations.
• Lead and develop a small, remote team, ensuring task accuracy and deadlines.
• Mentor team members and review their work.
• Draft memos and presentations to align and influence business partners.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.

The Winning Formula

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA is a plus.
• 5-6 years in Finance/Accounting within SaaS or similar tech companies; experience with usage-based billing is advantageous. 2-3 years focused on revenue recognition.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar software; Salesforce knowledge is a plus; proficient in Excel.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and US GAAP standards.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
