State of the art manufacturing company in Seguin, TX is seeking an Accounting Manager to mentor a team of 2 staff accountants and oversee accounting, fixed assets, and process improvements. This hybrid role offers a base salary up to $120k with a bonus opportunity and Tier 1 benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting with 5+ years of experience.
• GAAP experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of 2 staff accountants.
• Manage accounting and fixed assets for a growing company.
• Implement process improvements and lead a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Prepare financial statements, reporting packages, and ensure compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards.
