Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years accounting experience with mix of public and industry.
• 3+ years leading accounting teams including performance management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills and process-improvement experience.
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting operations with oversight of two staff.
• Manage month-end and year-end close to ensure accurate reporting.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial results.
• Support consolidated financial reporting and corporate reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, policies, and internal controls.
• Partner across the organization to drive business initiatives and process improvements.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience driving process improvements within a corporate accounting environment.
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
