What You’ll Do:

• Streamline accounting procedures using the best available technology and AI-driven workflow tools.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and tax reporting requirements.
• Coordinate all audit activities and safeguard internal control processes.
• Direct financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and strategy alongside senior management.
• Deliver timely, accurate management reporting, executive briefings, and actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

What’s Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in an operating company's accounting/finance department, including proven experience managing A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and general ledger operations.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, advanced Microsoft Excel, presentation tools, and experience incorporating AI tools into everyday workflows.
• Core Competencies: Solid analytical skills, knowledge of contracting and change management, and a strong client-service orientation.
