Accelerate Change is seeking a well-rounded Accounting Manager to own the full cycle of audit, general ledger, and financial processes in a 100% remote US-based role. You will collaborate with the finance team and report to the Director of Finance, Stephanie Vicente, ensuring accurate grant revenue accounting and payroll interdependencies.

This position is part of a transitioning finance function where precision, integrity, and timeliness are critical.

Position: Accounting Manager (Full Time, Remote)

Reports to: Director of Finance, Stephanie Vicente

Direct Reports: N/A

Location: Full-time, 100% remote position in the U.S. (from home or co-working space) with occasional travel once every 2-3 months

About the Position

Accelerate Change is seeking a well-rounded technical accounting expert who can work as a member of a team to accomplish the full cycle of audit, general ledger (GL), and financial processes, with a special focus on grant revenue management and navigating payroll interdependencies. The finance department and the organization as a whole is in a state of transition
