Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a high-visibility corporate accounting function. You will partner with senior leadership on financial reporting, process improvements, and strategic initiatives in a hybrid work environment with Friday remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 6+ years of progressive accounting experience (including public and corporate), 3+ years in leadership, strong US GAAP knowledge,

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry.
• 3+ years of accounting leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and general ledger accounting.
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience improving accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting operations and oversee a team of accounting professionals.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial results.
• Support consolidated financial reporting and corporate reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, accounting policies, and internal controls.
• Partner with departments across the organization to drive process improvements and business initiatives.
