Job summary

You will partner with senior leadership on cash flow, collections, and reporting, with exposure to project accounting, revenue recognition, forecasting, and operational finance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing AP, AR, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems; Vantagepoint experience preferred; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: cash receipts, bank reconciliations, AP, AR.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, cash flow reporting, and revenue generation.
• Monitor project accounting data, WIP, revenue recognition, and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, analyses, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Support month-/quarter-/year-end activities including payroll reviews, tax filings, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager

Qualifications For The Accounting Manager

Salary Range:
