Job summary

Mosel & Ginn, PLLC in Plano, TX seeks an Accounting Manager to lead our client accounting work and grow with us. You will own month-end close, bookkeeping, and the day-to-day that keeps clients happy, and lead the team that delivers it. You will participate in the firm's assurance work as a growing leader.

As you grow, you will help build advisory services with dashboards and reports, using AI to improve efficiency. CPA preferred; if actively pursuing licensure, let's talk.

Qualifications

• Strong accountant ready to grow into managing a team and taking ownership of client work.
• Own client relationships and ensure clean, on-time delivery of services.
• CPA preferred; actively working toward licensure welcomed.
• Experience using AI to streamline accounting tasks.

Mosel & Ginn, PLLC is a Plano, TX CPA firm, and we're looking for an Accounting Manager to lead our client accounting work and grow with us. This is a growth role for a strong accountant ready to step up.

The Role

You'll own and grow our client accounting work - month-end close, bookkeeping, and the day-to-day that keeps clients happy - and lead the team that delivers it. You will participate in the firm's assurance work as a growing leader. As you grow into the seat, you'll help build our advisory services as well: the dashboards, reporting, and fractional-CFO-type work that clients need. You'll also use AI to make the work faster and cleaner. If you want to grow into a leadership role at a firm that is building for the future, this is a real chance to do it.
