Job summary

CV Resources is seeking a senior accounting leader to manage monthly and year-end close, oversee the general ledger, and strengthen internal controls. You will drive accurate financial reporting and support audits while mentoring accounting staff.

The role requires 5–8 years of supervisory accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and ERP proficiency, including Dynamics 365. Expect collaboration across departments in a nonprofit or corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience managing month-end close and audits.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and year-end close processes and ensure timely financial reporting.

• Assist with information required for the annual 990-T preparation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
• Partner cross-functionally on financial analysis, projects, and operational initiatives.
