Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Coconut Grove, Florida is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the end-to-end accounting and financial operations for all U.S. entities.

The role reports directly to the CFO and CEO and participates in strategic financial management within an international family office. Responsibilities include managing the general ledger, reconciliations, month‑end and quarter‑end closes, US GAAP financial statements, and tax planning with external advisors; also overseeing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior family office experience required (within a private organization established to manage the financial affairs and active investments of an ultra-high-net-worth family)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly close across U.S. entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Coordinate U.S. tax planning and compliance with external tax and legal advisors
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and expense management
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality when managing sensitive financial and personal information
