Director of Finance
Salary: $125,000-150,000 + bonus
Coconut Grove, FL – Fully in office

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance :
- Own accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and financial operations for all U.S. entities.
- Prepare financial statements and management reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Build and document scalable U.S. finance processes, policies, systems, and internal controls.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, treasury activity, banking relationships, and investment account reporting.
- Direct external accounting firms, auditors, CPAs, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
- Advise the CEO on financial analysis, investments, transactions, due diligence, and entity structuring.
Qualifications for the Director of Finance:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of progressive accounting experience with end‑to‑end ownership of accounting and reporting.
- Experience within a Family Office, Real Estate, or Private Equity
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, multi‑entity reporting, and finance function development.
- Experience collaborating with international finance teams and supporting group consolidation.
