Responsibilities

  • Maintain full accounting records and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and analysis across various legal entities and locations.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Monitor daily cash activity and address short- and long-term liquidity needs.
  • Oversee accounting software, maintain system integrity, and design meaningful financial reports.
  • Analyze spending and cost trends, including high-card and miscellaneous expenses.
  • Manage multi-currency banking relationships, wire transfers, and payments.
  • Negotiate, review, and manage vendor and service provider contracts.
  • Administer insurance policies and coverage.
  • Develop and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and expense reimbursement procedures.
  • Coordinate with external advisors during tax and audit processes.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Job description
