Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Manager for U.S. operations in Coconut Grove, Florida. The role oversees the end-to-end accounting and financial operations for all U.S. entities, reporting to the CFO and CEO. Expect strong U.S. GAAP expertise and multi-entity consolidation.

You will manage monthly closes, financial statements, and coordination with external tax advisors, while benefiting from a full benefits package and a competitive compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Prior family office experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly close across U.S. entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate U.S. tax planning and compliance with external tax and legal advisors.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and expense management.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality when managing sensitive financial and personal information.
