Ledgent Finance and Accounting is seeking an eager and motivated employee for an amazing career opportunity as an Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Senior Accounting or Accounting Management and will be skilled in driving employee performance.

Role: Accounting Manager (Temp-Hire or Direct Hire)

Pay: $80,000-$100,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight of daily accounting operations, including AP and AR and overall cash flow
• Monthly GL reporting and analysis
• Cost forecasting and budget analysis
• Manage team of 2-3 people
• Monthly and annual auditing, including preparation of financial reports and cash flow statements
• Work directly with CFO on key accounting tasks and initiatives
• Responsible for overall accuracy and compliance for accounting activities
• Daily utilization of MS Excel (V-lookups and Pivot Tables) and CRM software

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Senior Accounting or Accounting Management experience
• Proven ability to train and mentor employees as well as manage performance
• Experience with budget and analysis
• Must be a 'hands-on' employee
