What you'll do

• Accounting Leadership: Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations across multiple business entities, ensuring payroll, payables, receivables, cash tracking, and related accounting functions are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure the production of clean, consistent financial reports and provide monthly insights to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify profitability trends, cost‑saving opportunities, operational risks, and areas for improved financial performance.
• Forecasting and Planning: Support forecasting efforts and improve financial planning processes to give leadership stronger visibility into cash flow, revenue, expenses, and future business needs.
• KPI and Metrics Development: Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools that support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Team Management: Supervise and support accounting team members or external accounting resources, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with company standards.
• System Improvements: Optimize accounting processes, improve internal controls, strengthen month‑end close procedures, and identify ways to reduce manual work, errors, and inefficiencies.
