CarsonLynch has been engaged on an Accounting Manager search for client of ours that continues to expand their reach across the country. This organization has outpaced their industry average growth number for 5+ years and have shown no signs of slowing down!

This new hire needs to be able to lead a team, as well as tackle a variety of tasks individually. Not to mention, this role will frequently work on cross-functional initiatives and being a dynamic communicator is key.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5+ direct reports.
• Oversee all daily/weekly accounting responsibilities at the local level.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close initiatives.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Work directly with the senior leadership on budget/forecast, special projects, system implementations, and much more.
• Continuously work to identify improvements via financial systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred, but not required.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Ideally some experience with a professional services organization.
