Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

• Support the segment monthly and quarterly close process which includes ensuring close activities are performed within agreed upon timelines, reviewing and approving journal entries and account reconciliations, and preparing workpapers and analyses
• Extended hours may be required from LWD through BD3 on non-quarter end months
• Extended hours may be required from LWD through BD10 on quarter-end months
• Support international statutory audits and financial statements filings
• Support M+A integration activities by completing assigned integration steps, performing financial system testing and other ad hoc requests (completed acquisition on 4/1/25 with full integration expected by 8/31/25)
• Proactively partner with FP&A to understand any changes to operating expenses or one-time adjustments in advance of month end close
• Foster communication and teamwork between US-based segment accounting team and global capability center record to report team

Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA or MAS a plus)
• CPA required
• 6+ years of relevant work experience including leading a month-end close process
• 2+ years of people manager experience
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft, Blackline, OneStream beneficial
