Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing or inventory-driven environments.
• Proficient with Infor Visual (or similar ERP), QuickBooks, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with inventory accounting, bill of materials, and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Ability to manage full-cycle accounting from transactions to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, including AP, AR, inventory, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost tracking, and BOM reporting within a manufacturing environment.
• Support real estate accounting activities, including tenant billing and tax reconciliations.
• Mentor and develop a small accounting team while identifying process improvement opportunities.
