Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Back Accounting Manager in Framingham, MA for a permanent role. The candidate will manage the close process and bring hands-on ASC 606 revenue recognition expertise in a growing business.

You will strengthen the finance function through process improvement, scalable infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration. 4–5+ years of accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and keen attention to detail are required.

Our client in the Accounting Manager who has hands-on experience with ASC 606 and revenue recognition and knows how to apply it in a complex, growing business.

This role is about much more than managing the monthly close. The right person will bring strong technical accounting knowledge while helping improve processes, build scalable infrastructure, and strengthen the overall finance function.

• 4–5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong hands-on ASC 606 experience
• Solid GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
• Working knowledge of ASC 340-40
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Someone who is comfortable getting into the details while also looking for ways to improve the bigger picture

Comp- $125K base + Bonus
