Established downtown Denver advertising agency seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations for three related corporate entities in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting for multiple entities
• Month-end and year-end close
• General ledger, AP/AR, payroll preparation
• Client billing, media billing, job cost accounting, and intercompany transactions
• Financial reporting and variance analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Liaison with external CPA and tax advisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years accounting experience; agency or professional services experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workamajig)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
