Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager in Danbury to lead day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls. This hands-on role collaborates with senior leadership and the international parent company to ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include managing GL, inventory costing, and audits, while driving ERP optimization and process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including ownership of month-end close and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.
• Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred, including inventory, WIP, and cost accounting.
• Experience overseeing transactional accounting functions, including AP and AR.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

About the Accounting Manager Opportunity

Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee its day-to-day accounting operations. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, month-end close, inventory and cost accounting, and maintaining strong internal controls.
