Labora is hiring an Accounting Manager to own accounting and treasury across 15 operating entities.
This is not a single-ledger job. Cash moves between entities daily. The close spans operating companies, trusts, real estate, and investment accounts. The CFO sits down the hall and the principals read the numbers.
The seat is newly structured, with direct CFO access, visibility to ownership, and real room to grow as the portfolio does. The team is tenured and the SOPs are built, so you step into structure instead of fixing chaos.
NetSuite and/or Expensify, CPA designation, family office or comparable multi-entity experience.
Candidates from corporate accounting backgrounds with broad, full-cycle exposure are encouraged to apply. Breadth of experience matters more than industry background.
Most accounting managers get one company and one set of books. This role gives you an entire portfolio, a direct line to the decision makers, and a business with the scale to keep growing under you.
