Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close & financial reporting.
• Oversee the monthly close process and preparation/review of financial statements across all entities within the Operating Company structure.
• Manage treasury, cash flow & transactional accounting.
• Own treasury processes, including cash management, AP, AR collections/settlements, and related policies and controls.
• Ensure accounting accuracy & strong controls.
• Review journal entries, supporting documentation, reconciliations, and accounting treatment, while establishing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide reporting, analysis & cross-functional partnership. Prepare ad hoc financial/management reporting and analysis and collaborate with Investments, Tax, HR/Payroll, Legal, and the CFO.
• Analyze financial data and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and special financial projects
• Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders on accounting and operational matters
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
