Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and resolve issues.
• Oversee general ledger activity, including AP, AR, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other accounting functions.
• Coach and develop accounting team; manage workload, priorities, and performance.
• Establish and improve accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and increase efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and financial analysis.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and hands‑on Accounting Manager to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, month‑end close, financial reporting, and a growing accounting team. This role will have significant visibility to leadership and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while strengthening processes, controls, and team performance. Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end close
• Experience leading accounting processes and developing or improving SOPs and internal controls
