Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a high-performing accounting team on-site in Canton, OH. You will drive accurate financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to support audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in a global or shared services environment, ideally in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged items promptly.
• Partner with Tax and Audit teams to maintain compliance and support internal/external audits.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and standardize practices across the business.
• Manage cross-functional relationships and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
