Job summary

InfoSend Inc. is a family-owned transactional print and mail company seeking a motivated, hands-on Accounting Manager to grow, improve processes, and impact the organization. The role supports the CFO in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, Acumatica ERP, and process improvement initiatives.

This position oversees accounting staff and admin personnel, partnering cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-8+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (Acumatica a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities.
• Serve as the internal lead for Acumatica ERP support and process improvements.
• Help streamline and modernize accounting workflows and reporting.
• Support audit preparation and strengthen internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor accounting and adminstrative staff.
• Partner with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

The Accounting Manager will support the CFO in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, ERP systems (Acumatica), and process improvement initiatives. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: 80,000-100,000/year depending on experience
