Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting or Finance (GPA 3.0+ preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with little direction.
• High degree of confidentiality, organization, and prioritization; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage in KPI financial impact analyses and document processes.
• Perform period variance analysis (Price, Volume, Mix) for a business segment and report to management.
• Identify opportunities to develop cash flow improvements.
• Assist with refining logistics cost reporting and develop period review packages.
• Develop methodologies to allocate freight, storage and handling costs to product lines.
