The Wonderful Company LLC offers a structured FARM rotation program for new graduates to gain accounting and finance experience across iconic brands from February 2027 or July 2027. The program emphasizes learning across month-end close, budgeting, and financial analysis, with exposure to senior leadership and potential CPA-track opportunities.

Hybrid schedule with in-office Mondays-Wednesdays and remote Thursdays and Fridays, based in West Los Angeles, CA.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Coursework or applicable experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Ability to start full-time work in February 2027 or July 2027.
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform month-end close activities including preparing and posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing variances and drawing conclusions from data.
• Support completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and review of KPIs.
• Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long-range forecasts.
• Prepare financial and business-related analysis and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, working capital, and investments.
• Perform special projects and ad hoc requests such as supporting the year-end audit, internal financial reporting, compliance initiatives, and tax filings.
• Identify improvement opportunities and best practices within business units to drive efficiency.
