Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, incl. 2+ years in a lead role.
• Experience reviewing complex reconciliations and close deliverables.
• Ability to manage workloads across multiple entities with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close for assigned portfolio and review reports.
• Provide hands-on review and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of accountants.
• Liaise with operations on financial results.
• Support audits and budgeting/forecasting.
