The Accountant II is responsible for managing day‑to‑day accounting operations for various entities and functions across the Troon enterprise, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1 year of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA eligibility or progress toward certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP and company standards.
• Post daily sales activity, record journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger balances.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts—including receivables, payables, inventory, fixed assets, and accruals—and research variances.
• Monitor cash activity and coordinate weekly disbursements with assigned clubs as applicable.
• Partner with General Managers, Operations and Corporate teams to provide responsive financial support and insights.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as needed.
• Effectively present financial analyses to internal and external stakeholders.
