Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Lead monthly closes, allocations, and cost analyses.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and support quarterly and ad hoc forecasts.
• Prepare and review financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to support business decisions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 1–3 accounting professionals.
