Qualifications

• Sophomore or higher in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process vendor invoices via SAP and Zycus Merlin.
• Assist as Concur Administrator, reviewing and approving expense reimbursements.
• Add/adjust cost center approvers in Concur as needed.
• Prepare quarterly Concur Invoice journal entries.
