Qualifications

• Pursuing master’s in finance, accounting, or MBA or bachelor’s in related field.
• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, or business administration considered.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication and cross‑team collaboration.
• Prior exposure to SAP/ERP or AP/financial analysis is a plus but not required.
• Eligible to work full time in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support invoice processing, customer billing, receivables monitoring, payment follow-ups, and collections.
• Post journal entries in SAP and review financial transactions for accuracy.
• Assist month-end and year-end close activities.
• Track project costs, purchase orders, and commitments.
• Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and project financial summaries.
• Support project financial reporting and documentation requirements.
• Assist with bank transaction research, reconciliations, and treasury inquiries.
• Collect and organize supporting documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
• Organize documentation related to customs duties, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain financial trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting databases.
• Support data extraction, validation, and analysis from SAP and other systems.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and process improvement initiatives.
