Job summary

AESSEAL Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting support professional to assist with Accounts Payable, Receivables, and cash management. The role offers exposure to sales reporting, management accounting, internal/external audits, and month-end processes.

Responsibilities include vendor invoice processing, reconciling supplier statements, handling reimbursements, and assisting with bank reconciliations and payments. Strong Excel skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Foundational understanding of accounting concepts and interest in practical accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor account management and processing of purchase invoices.
• Reconcile supplier statements to accounts payable records; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with employee expense reimbursements and ACH, check, and international wire payments.
• Apply and allocate customer payments to balances; support customer account reconciliations.
• Support collection activity for past-due balances; coordinate with Sales to resolve issues.
• Assist with daily bank and cash reconciliations; process bank deposits and customer payments.
• Gain exposure to sales reporting, management accounting, and audits; assist month-end activities.
