Qualifications

• Prefer Finance & Accounting majors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dependable, reliable, and accountable.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through.
• Effective organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• QuickBooks experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own our billing and payment processes, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Build strong relationships with customers while managing their accounts.
• Help our sales team shine by providing quick solutions to payment questions.
• Turn financial data into insights that help us grow.
• Provide back up to the accounting department.
