Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
• Two years of accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows applications; MS Office: Excel, Word.

Aufgaben

• Assist in preparation and reconciliation of the general ledger.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile ledgers.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation entries.
• Review invoices for proper coding and post invoices.
• Assist with accounts payable distributions and cash disbursements.
• Assist with grant draw downs and payments.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports for government payment programs.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Follow organizational policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to billing inquiries.
