• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.

• Strong communication and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of GAAP and federal grants management policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and perform month-end close.
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and P&L statements.
• Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable and cash management.
• Track grant expenditures and spend-down to ensure compliance.
• Support external auditors with documentation.
• Coordinate with accounting software vendors for system updates.
• Assist with annual operating budgets and financial reports for grants.
• Investigate accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance.
