Job summary

Kforce's client in Short Hills, NJ, a Fortune 500 company, is adding an Accounting Manager/FP&A Manager to their team at the Global HQ. This role offers a strong bonus plan, hybrid schedule, and comprehensive benefits, including holidays and PTO, gym, cafeteria, and more.

The role will oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Accounting, Project Managers, Audit, and Operations, while supervising two offshore staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA or MBA a plus but NOT required.
• 5+ years of experience either from Big4 or 8 years in Corporate Accounting, or a combination.
• Accounting experience with journal entries, month end closings, financial statement preparation, and understanding 3-way Financial Statement impact of transactions on Income Statement - Balance Sheet - Cash Flows
• FP&A and Forecasting, and Variance Analysis experience is a plus but will also be trained in company FP&A cadence
• Leadership skills - role will supervise 2 offshore employees
• Strong Excel, ERP such as Oracle along with data tools such as Hyperion and Tableau
• Ability to articulate and participate in Executive presentations
• Ability to be in the office 3 days per week

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
