Atlantic Group is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Recruiter in Philadelphia, PA to support the growing practice. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, candidate development, and client partnerships across accounting and finance functions.

You will build a strong talent pipeline, stay informed on market trends, and maintain exceptional candidate experience throughout the process. Hybrid schedule with a Monday–Friday routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of accounting and finance recruiting experience is required, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment and successful candidate placements.
• Strong understanding of the accounting and finance talent market, recruiting best practices, and hiring trends is required.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting tools is required.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, organizational, and business development skills with the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and candidate placement.
• Candidate Development: Build and maintain relationships with accounting and finance professionals while developing a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Client Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Business Development Support: Identify recruiting opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within the accounting and finance market.
